RYA - Sailability - Meet Will. "Sailability got him back to something we thought was gone." Although having sailed since the age of 12, when Will was diagnosed with multiple Cavernomas and Epilepsy, getting on the water became harder until he discovered #Sailability. QHM Porstmouth - Change of title - With effect from 1200 on Saturday 10 September 2022, recognising the formal proclamation as King of His Majesty King Charles III, the Queen’s Harbour Master Portsmouth will assume the title King’s Harbour Master Portsmouth (abbreviated to “KHM”). After this time, all radio calls on VHF Channels 11 and 13 are to use the callsign “King’s Harbour Master” or “KHM”. All current General Directions, Local Notices to Mariners and other orders or documentation issued by the Queen’s Harbour Master Portsmouth will remain in force until formally replaced or cancelled.

It covers, among other matters, the half-masting of flags and how observing mourning can affect the continuation of events and sporting fixtures.
